Trekking along a massive 2 km long engineering work of 1700 used to purify the water of a great swamp near to Siena. We will go through a long gallery to discover how it was built and this will provide us a fantastic experience. We will have a look at two important monasteries that are on the lake in order to discover the life of the monks and the works of art of the Sienese school through a forest that was populated in the past only by monks and thieves.
