Since 2001 the cellar Terra di Seta is part of a biological agricultural company run by Daniele Della Seta and his wife Maria Pellegrini that produces wine since three generations, according to the best Tuscan tradition. The excellent extra virgin olive oil and the fabulous honey are also excellences of this productions.

Terra di Seta is particularly appreciated for the “Kosher” certification since 2008.

The company visit lasts from one to one hour and a half and it is recommended to reserve in advance: the tour includes a short panoramic walk throughout the wineyards together with the owners and the staff, where the main features of the biological production and of the wineyard are explained. Then the cellar and the kosher wine making technique is presented, so as the company products, extra virgin olive oil, honey and wine. The tasting comes with some finger food. Cost of the visit per person: 25 euro per participant.

For a more complete experience, you can reserve a table to the little and cozy milk-based kosher restaurant of the farm: vegetarian kitchen with typical Tuscan dishes, something to experience!
